Each KindleFrame case is handmade with care, so please allow:
• 3-5 business days to process your order
• 2–4 business days if we need to create your case (if out of stock)
• 5–10 business days for shipping after dispatch (once tracking has been emailed)
As a small business, we don’t mass-produce or hold huge inventory. Sometimes we sell out — but don’t worry, we restock and create new pieces quickly to keep up with demand.

Because all of our cases are handmade and custom-prepared, orders begin processing very quickly after they are placed.
If you need to make a change, you must contact us within 4 hours of placing your order OR by 5:00 PM EST (end of business day) — whichever comes first.
After this timeframe, your order will begin production and we unfortunately cannot guarantee any switches. No cancellations allowed unfortunately. Feel free to view our refund policy here.
If you contact us in time, we will absolutely do our best to update your order — but once processing begins, changes are no longer possible.
